The goal is to cultivate pastoral leaders who are equipped with rich biblical knowledge, a holy character, the authority and power of the Holy Spirit, and leadership skills for ministry in the frontlines of the harvest field.

The method is based on the teaching of biblical truth, applying the truths studied and examined in practical pastoral ministry.

In the process of cultivating the life character of pastoral leaders, there is a greater emphasis on living a holy life for the Lord, serving with the authority granted by the Holy Spirit, and highlighting the principle of offering one's life entirely in service.
